Brandon E. White

Brandon E. White is the founder and managing partner of The Law Office of Brandon E. White, PLLC.

Brandon is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. Over the past 10 years, Brandon has successfully litigated an array of cases — appeals before the Tennessee Supreme Court, Tennessee Court of Appeals, and Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals; divorces; child custody disputes; conservatorships; DUIs; serious criminal charges; probate disputes; personal injury matters representing injured plaintiffs; construction disputes between contractors and homeowners; and other civil matters too numerous to list.

Brandon was born in Columbia, Tennessee, and eventually moved to Cookeville, Tennessee, where he graduated summa cum laude from Cookeville High School. Brandon knew in high school that he wanted to become an attorney. He attended college at Freed-Hardeman University, graduating summa cum laude in three years with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting. Following college, Brandon attended law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys, graduating cum laude while participating in the Law Review as an Articles Editor and with the National Mock Trial Team. While in law school, Brandon externed with the Memphis City Council; the Hon. Jon McCalla of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee; and the Hon. Bernice Donald of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Brandon moved back to his hometown in Columbia to start his own law practice. He has dedicated his career to providing superior, focused, earnest, compassionate, and efficient legal services — for people just like you.
