Chassity L. Berlin
Chassity L. Berlin is an attorney at The Law Office of Brandon E. White, PLLC, where she brings extensive legal knowledge, leadership, and public service experience to her clients.
Chassity’s path to law reflects a lifelong dedication to serving her community. Before becoming an attorney, she spent over five years as Clerk and Master of Wayne County, where she managed probate, chancery, and family law cases. During that time, she gained hands-on experience with probate proceedings, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, and family disputes. As a result, she developed a unique perspective on the challenges clients face in and out of the courtroom. Moreover, she mastered court procedure, observed how judges evaluate cases, and learned the value of fairness and thorough preparation in every matter.
Earlier still, Chassity demonstrated leadership when, at just 20 years old, she was elected City Commissioner for her hometown of Collinwood, Tennessee. At that moment, she became one of the youngest elected officials in the state. That experience, in turn, instilled in her lasting values of accountability, diligence, and advocacy—qualities that continue to shape her law practice today.
In addition to her leadership experience, Chassity pursued a strong academic foundation. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of North Alabama. Afterward, she completed a Master’s degree in Leadership and Public Service at Lipscomb University in Nashville. Finally, in 2024, she earned her Juris Doctor at the Nashville School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
Today, Chassity focuses on probate, estate planning, elder law, litigation, and family law. Ultimately, her career reflects a consistent theme: leadership, service, and justice. Therefore, at The Law Office of Brandon E. White, PLLC, she continues that mission by providing steady, compassionate advocacy to every client.
